She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Balearic Islands, a Master’s degree in Tax Consulting from the University of the Balearic Islands, and an Executive MBA from ESADE.

She has built her professional career at prestigious law firms, where she has gained extensive experience in providing tax advice to domestic and international clients, both in the area of direct taxation and in tax audit and assessment proceedings.

Her practice focuses on providing tax advice to family-owned businesses, with a special emphasis on wealth planning and intergenerational transfer processes, as well as the analysis and management of international tax issues. She also regularly advises on tax planning, corporate group reorganizations, and tax due diligence in M&A transactions.
