He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advisory Services from the Instituto de Empresa. He also holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Land Use from the University of the Balearic Islands.

A member of the Balearic Bar Association since 2001, he has spent more than fifteen years of his professional career at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he led multidisciplinary teams and advised leading companies in the tourism, aviation, audiovisual, and technology sectors. His experience encompasses corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, legal due diligence, bankruptcy proceedings, and liquidations.
He has also advised public administrations and private entities on public procurement, concessions, public-private partnerships, expropriations, licensing, and disciplinary proceedings.

Committed to legal education and outreach, he has taught courses and seminars for professionals and public employees. He has served on various boards of directors, notably as Secretary of the Board of Directors of RCD Mallorca, SAD (2014–2016). He actively collaborates with nonprofit organizations such as the Asociación Proyecto Paraguay and the Fundación Patronato Obrero.
