Bachelor’s degree in law at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid in 2000. Master’s degree in Legal Advice of Corporates (MAJ) at the Business Institute of Madrid (2001) and Master’s degree in Urban Planning law and Land Organisation at the University of the Balearic Islands (2013). He is member of the Bar Association of the Balearics since 2001.

After having passed several training years at law firms in Madrid and Mallorca, since 2003 he develops his professional career for more than fifteen years at PwC (PriceWaterhousCoopers) supervising different multidisciplinary teams and advising the main companies within the tourism, aeronautical, audio-visual and technological branch in matters of corporate restructuring, legal audits (“due diligence”), acquisitions of assets, company reorganisations in situations of pre-bankruptcy, fusions, acquisitions, dissolutions, liquidations and agreements with creditors.

He has also been an advisor for several companies and public administrations in matters of administrative contract procedures, administrative concessions, public-private collaboration formulas, contract files, construction and management of health infrastructures, expropriation files, activity licences, penalty administrative procedures, etc.

Additionally to his professional career, he has given training courses to public administration employees related to different legal changes as well as lectures and training courses at other organisations.

He has been part of the board of directors at several companies highlighting his role as Secretary of the Board of Directors of RCD Mallorca, SAD during exercises 2014-2016. He usually collaborates as well with different non-profit organisation such as the Association Project Paraguay which develops activities for medical support in that country and the Fundación Patronato Obrero.
